In September, the annex of a new modern office building was completed.
The annex provides not only space for a large conference room but for an additional 12 w
orking stations for construction and project management.

This high performance stacker is used to build stacks of empty foldable totes dynamically from top to bottom.
To optimize the capacity up to four stacks with crosswise orientation can be built simultaneously.

The pallet testing station is used to verify the complete integrity of a pallet. Eight independent pneumatic cylinders test the compression strength of the top and bottom boards. A pivoting plate controls the free gap between the bottom boards. In addition, the integrity of the bottom boards, the wood logs and the dimension of the pallets are checked with the help of photocells. Protruding nails on the upper boards are pushed in with the help of a motor driven heavy duty nail roll.
